In case you hadn’t heard, Nintendo has a new president. After Satoru Iwata passed away unexpectedly earlier this year, the company was left in the hands of Shigeru Miyamoto and Genyo Takeda, the heads of the software and hardware divisions at the company. This week Nintendo named their replacement as Tatsumi Kimishima, a man with more financial background than Iwata and who previously predicted the Wii U would be a failure.
While Kimishima maintains that he will continue to run the company as Iwata had despite the former leaving him no instructions, Xbox boss Phil Spencer took to Twitter to express his well wishes for the company and Kimishima in particular.
@Gabriel_Diaz19 I don't know him but Nintendo is great gaming with amazing track record, I'm sure he'll do great, I wish him well.

It’s always nice to see the heads of gaming companies compliment one another instead of going at it on social media like we’ve seen in the past. Hopefully Spencer’s sentiment comes true, as Nintendo could use any boost they can get.
